Allow Gay Men to Donate Blood

Gay men have been declined to donate blood because they have a chance of being positive for HIV. I believe that if they are tested for HIV and are NOT positive they should have the right to donate their blood. That blood could be saving so many lives.

Why is this important?

I believe that if gay men are tested and are not HIV positive they should have the right to donate blood. There blood is just as good as a straight man or woman.
