Allow Tesla to Sell Directly to Consumers

Reverse the amendment that bans Tesla from selling their electric cars directly to consumers.

Why is this important?

Governor Christie and the Motor Vehicles Commission passed new rules that prohibit Tesla from selling directly to consumers, beginning on April 1st. They did this without a public hearing or going through the normal legislative process, in violation of their responsibility to the citizens of this state. New Jersey residents should have access to electric cars and the option of buying directly from car manufacturers instead of having to go to a car dealer.
