Allow Undocumented Immigrants with U.S. Born Children to Drive

There are about 12 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. (also referred to as illegal aliens). Many of them have U.S. citizen children. Currently an undocumented immigrant in the U.S. does not have the right to obtain a Driver's License without a social security number. This creates a lot of hardship for them and their U.S. born children which are at a disadvantage to other U.S. born children whose parents can drive them around.
Other advantages of allowing these undocumented immigrants to drive is that it will create more jobs because they will be buying more cars and services. It will also diminish the cases of people driving without insurance.

Why is this important?

There are reportedly 12 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. Many millions of them have U.S. born children and an undocumented immigrant without a social security number cannot get a Driver's License. This creates a lot of hardship and an unfair situation to their U.S. born children.
