To allow all people, Homosexual or Heterosexual, to donate blood without restrictions with reason.
Why is this important?
There is a need for blood of all types around the United States, and the World. Restricting Homosexual men, like myself, from donating blood. allowing the donation would bring in thousands of pints of much needed blood.
