ALTERNATIVE TO THE DEATH PENALTY

I propose a 'Give Life Penalty'; if a condemned inmate agrees to donate non life threatening organs and/or to donate blood regularly; that their sentence be commuted.
We can't bring back their victims; the death penalty only creates more victims; the condemned inmate's loved ones, who must endure this TORTURE before, whilst awaiting and after execution!
Let those who have taken life - GIVE LIFE, to someone, who would otherwise die!
