Amend the13th amendment to remove "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." It should just simply say "Slavery is abolished now and forever." Because slavery was NEVER abolished in the USA. The wording allows slavery still.
