Human Services Agency is able to offer employers a 12,000 wage subsidy for all new hires of qualified participants. Those that exhausted UI benifits or closed their business and didnt get UI would qualify The subsidy will be paid in $2500, one-month increments. That is, for the first six months of a new hire, the employer will receive a $2500 wage reimbursement.

This Petition is about helping the 99ers get back into the economy. Giving them an advantage to be hired. The time to train people on the job with little investment by the company. And the knowledge of knowing the investment the company will have.
