Introduce a bill in Congress, and get it passed, that suspends the POTUS' Pardoning Power until he or she is clear of any legal investigation.
Why is this important?
Fear for the justice and integrity of our country, and the potential threat to our Democracy, to allow the POTUS the Power to Pardon when he/she is under legal investigation. Pardoning Power given to a potential criminal, and allowed to be used, interferes with the due process of the law and with the truth surfacing.
