That no new gun laws shall be made without the express consent of the people. This meaning put to a vote by the people. Not through representatives. This includes executive actions. And all states have the right to supersede laws created at the federal level if the state finds they are too restrictive.
Why is this important?
Because I as a supporter for the second amendment and my natural right to defend myself from any threats to myself or those I care about, as well as yours is slowly being stripped away. And I cannot abide this type of slow tyranny.
