We the people wish congress to put to a ballot question a consitutional amendement limiting those serving in the U.S. House of Represenatitves to only serve for 4 two year terms maximum for their lifetime. If 8 years is enough for a president then it's enough for them.
Why is this important?
I propose that congress enact term limits so that no one individual can serve more than 4 terms in the U.S. House of representatives.
