Please honor my request to die near the lands of my ancestors by not taking my home and BoA admit to their unlawfully binding into a proposed legal contract.
Why is this important?
I was born by the San Juan River and want to live out my retirement near the scared lands of my people to be near the ceremonies. I asked for a home modification for a house in Kirtland because I work and pay rent in Santa Fe, NM. My payments increased although I never agreed to a contract with BofA. They have electronically filed with no original contract.
