The effect of the Patriot act, the Military Commissions act and the National Defense Authorization act have amended the Constitution without following proper Constitutional guidelines and procedures. Unless we are under martial law habeas corpus can not be suspended. There is also the right to privacy without a court ordered specific search warrant etc., etc., etc.. Is America under martial law and if so when was it declared?
