As a elected official voted in to represent the general public I pledge to always vote in favor of main street over Wall Street and in favor of the general public over corporate self serving issues. The needs of the lower 80% will get my full support. I also pledge to never compromise my integrity just to get re-elected
Why is this important?
For years we have seen corporate interests dominate our nations economy. Elected officials have even signed a pledge of allegiance to anti tax zealot Grover Norquist instead to our country. Signing a pledge of integrity would show the nation who is working for them and who is a slave to Corporate America
