Mr. Goldmon, civil rights are violated. Regardless if he got caught with a cell phone, he did not bring the cell phone into the facility. This is a known fact. Mr. Goldmon, should be compensated, for CO Ruthie Moore negligent. The United States District Court, Greenville Division, did not appoint Mr. Goldman an attorney to represent him in this Civil Right Violation case, and has since demoted him, to make it look good on their parts. This offender has suffered a tremendous amount of physical and mental abuse while in the Mississippi Department of Corrections care. This is no doubt "cruel and unusual" punishment all the way to the U.S. Department of Justice

We will be writing people on a monthly basis. We will be dating contacts, who we spoke to, and what was said to get this matter in the hands of the "right" people. We all must put an end to the MDOC's brutalities, beatings, entrapments, to put innocent people in jail/prisons in Hinds, Rankin and Madison Counties, in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Notices will go out every two weeks/months until this case is resolved favorably. give this matter some undivided attention asap.
Why is this important?
Antonio Goldmon, inmate L2050 in the Mississippi Department of Correction, did not have an attorney appointed to him by the courts in the United States Circuit Court, Greenville Division when he went before Magistrate David Sanders in May 2012. ACLU, attorneys would not take the case. Two private attorneys in Mississippi would not take the case. This young man was stabbed by 14 inmates when a CO named Ruthie Moore, open cell doors to top tier and allowed bottom tier out on this young man. The truth o the matter is that this young man did not have any severe scars on him when he entered into the MDOC in 2004. Antonio Goldmon, died from internal bleeding, and revived by medical professionals at Clarksdale Community in Clarksdale, MS.
