App updates should stop mandating permissions before you can update the newer version.
Why is this important?
When prompted to update an app on my cell phone I am also prompted with the list of permissions that the app update mandates. Permissions that open my phone up to viruses, malicious intents, and possible manipulation of my contacts, etc.
