Apple by Americans for Americans
Dear Tim Cook, Apple CEO,
As an American I would prefer to buy iPads, iPhones, and iMacs that are made in the United States. Apple's decision to manufacture in China under authoritarian conditions makes me think of Apple as an immoral company whose products are not worthy of my consideration.
Why is this important?
Apple makes billions of dollars selling iPads, iPhones, and iMacs in the United States of America. It's time they brought their factories back to the United States to live up to being a responsible company paying a decent wage in a democracy rather than hiding production behind communist, totalitarian curtains where workers can be paid low wages under crippling sweat shop conditions.
