Apple use your $100 Billion to create better job conditions

Tim Cook,

We as consumers love the innovation of Apple and the revolution it has created in mobile computing. We however are appalled at lack of concern and protection of the average worker in your manufacturing of Apple products in China. Now since the lack of protection and concern of your workers in China have come to light you go on the attack against those who exposed your dirty little secrets. Apple should use some of it's $100 Billion in cash reserves to improve the conditions of it's manufacturing employees. Yes they by extension are employees of Apple as Apple has a duty to know how their product is being manufactured and by who. Apple has some of the most stringent product quality control shouldn't it have the some "quality control" of it's human capital? Tim Cook and Apple please do something with your profits to show Apple cares about people and not just profits.

Thank you,
Apple Consumers

Why is this important?

It has been noted lately the huge amount of profits Apple has made in the past couple years and the almost $100 Billion in cash reserves the company now has. Apple has done not only through innovation but through exploitation of the Chinese people.
