Wish to request an exceptional pardon consideration by the state board of pardons and paroles concerning Malik White. I believe the board should consider him for parole before the scheduled time because of the lack of evidence to support said charges.
Why is this important?
The early release of my younger brother, Malik White for a lack of evidence. He has been wrongfully incarcerated for the past 7 years from the age of 16. Our family has lost time with our beloved son, brother, uncle, friend and cousin. Our family has expending all of our resources to bring this young man home so we may be able to fulfill our goal to leave a legacy of success and promise for the future.
