We hereby ask the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to make it illegal for companies to force applicants to provide misdemeanor or summary offense crimininal information which has been expunged and or occurred more than three years prior to the date of application.
Why is this important?
Currently, Pennsylvania applications may ask if you have been arrested, charged etc...for misdemeanors. This is true even for those that have had misdemeanors expunged and or have occured many years in the past.
