We feel you must appoint Holly Kangas, and no one else, as Alderman of District 4 if G. John Ruffalo is elected Alderman on April 3, 2018. He cannot assume the role of Alderman due to having a felony conviction. Holly Kangas is the only other option on the April 3 ballot. She has run a clean, honest campaign and deserves to represent her district.
