Arkansas Senators must demand Sessions' resignation.
The Washington Post just revealed that U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions lied under oath at his confirmation hearing about his contacts with Russian officials during the presidential campaign, when he was a foreign policy advisor to Trump.
Key GOP leaders have called on Sessions to recuse himself from Russia investigations, but that's not enough. The fact that he perjured himself demands his immediate resignation and the appointment of a special prosecutor by his successor to lead a comprehensive investigation of the Trump campaign and the Trump administration's ties to the Russian government.

Why is this important?
Lying under oath to a congressional hearing is not just reprehensible and immoral, it is illegal. Public office should not shield anyone who breaks the law, especially the Attorney General of the United States.
