Joe Walsh tweeted a clear threat on the POTUS and stated that "This is war, Watch out Obama"...."Real America is coming after you." This is a clear threat of violence and it should be dealt with legally.
Threatening the President of the United States is a class E felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871.[1][2][3] It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making "any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States".
Why is this important?
We must put an end to blatant racism. Our Black men are being shot and killed regularly and nothing is happening. Our President is being threatened along with the lives of peaceful protestors and nothing is happening.
