While we strongly support a peaceful resolution to the matter, we demand that the Federal Government ultimately hold accountable, for their illegal actions, the armed anti-government militia that has taken over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge .
Why is this important?
Federal lands belong to all citizens of the United States and not just to those who threaten violence. If their illegal activity is rewarded with no consequences then all federal lands will be vulnerable to such actions by any group with a cause and guns.
