Ask Dept of Justice to oversee the investigation of the Koch-backed Americans for Prosperity

The Koch-backed Americans for Prosperity has sent misleading, incorrect voter registration mailers to thousands of North Carolinians, possibly intentionally and fraudulently, just ahead of a critical election in which they wish to defeat Democratic Senator Kay Hagan. This corrupt action by AFP, which they've done before, must, by law, be investigated by the NC Board of Elections, which unfortunately is dominated by Republicans. Please ask the Department of Justice to oversee this investigation to guarantee justice for North Carolina voters.
