Ask District Attorney to Recuse

Amy Crockford, a victim of alleged police brutality, is asking for an impartial investigation. Crockford was falsely arrested by then Ithaca Police Officer Stephen Moracco. The Tompkins County District Attorney did not consider two eyewitnesses during the initial investigation of this case. We believe the victim has been denied a fair and impartial investigation. We the undersigned are asking the District Attorney to recuse herself from this case before May 31, 2014 when the statute of limitations will expire.
