PAYDAY loan companies are raping families and destroying neighborhoods, They also rob charities of their funds; the borrower is harassed and threatened they will go to jail (not true), so they pay the 99.99% interest and nothing goes toward the loan. Then the borrower goes to a charity for help with rent, utilities, medicines, and food because all their money went to pay interest for their loan to the scumbag.
