PNC bank mislead us about a hardship program in which we participated by telling us that we were eligible for a "special Obama program". Although we were eligible, they failed to tell us that they were not putting us into that program. Despite the fact that we always paid all the payments agreed upon, they have reported us as being delinquent on our mortgage. Now, they will not refinance our mortgage at the lower rates, and no other bank will either because PNC has reported us as delinquent on payments.
