Ask President Obama to enforce use of Eagle deterrent devices.

My daughter, Belle, is an animal lover and has been since a baby. She wants to be a Veterinarian but also wants to teach Humans to communicate with animals. Right now the only communication We can do with animals is for them. We discuss current events in my house and when my daughter learned Eagles were dying and our Government allows it, she cried. I had the same reaction when I heard about extinct Pandas, Tigers and Monk Seal. For them I ask President Barack Obama to require Windmill companies to use bird deterrent devices.
