Make it madatory to distribute, equally, all foreclosure properties among all Real Estate Agents in stead of a select few so that the Real Estate Industry does not experience abnormal work flow authorized by the third party asset managers for the Lending Insttutions. The work flow distributes large accounts to fewer Real Estae Agents leaving many Real Estate Agents with no possibility to acquire any foreclosure listings from the Lenders and third party suppliers in the industry which in turn effects the economy.
