Release The "Real" Deldrick Withers and Clear His Name

Please support this petition because Deldrick Withers has been wrongfully jailed due to someone taking his identity. Mr. Withers and his wife were pulled over the day before Easter for having a busted license plate light, after the police ran Deldrick's name through the system, it was found that he had numerous warrants for his arrests (that he knew nothing about). It appears that someone has taken his identity and has been cashing fake payroll checks under Deldrick's name. The crimes have taken place in Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama, and now Deldrick has to pay the price for someone else's mischievous actions. Deldrick is currently sitting in jail for crimes he did not commit. Deldrick's lawyers have a great volume of evidence that shows Deldrick had nothing to do with the fraudulent crimes committed.
