Ag-gag laws protect industry abuses and suppress activists who try to show the truth. This is a violation of our constitutional rights to free speech and free press. Multiple states have already ruled that ag-gag laws are unconstitutional. Follow their example and declare the ag-gag unconstitutional.
Why is this important?
Ag-gag laws are designed to help Big Ag keep animal abuse hidden from the public by criminalizing the acts that expose the truth. The public deserves to know how animals are being raised and ag-gag laws are a direct attempt to keep the truth hidden.
