We the residents of the CNMI residing throughout the United States, we are requesting the Honorable Eloy Songao Inos (CNMI Governor) and the Honorable Jude Untalan Hofschneider ( CNMI LT. Governor) to appoint Attorney Raymond King Quichocho to the CNMI Superior Court as a Superior Court Judge. Attorney Raymond King Quichocho had proven himself that he is capable of contributing to our community. He had been instrumental of making our local and state government accountable for their actions. We are requesting that Attorney Quichocho be given the opportunities to serve our people as a CNMI Superior Court Judge.
Why is this important?
Judge Perry Borja Inos was elevated from the CNMI Superior Court to the CNMI Supreme Court as a Associate Justice. Due to Judge Inos departure from the Superior Court, there is a vacant seat for a Judge at the CNMI Superior Court. The CNMI needs a Judge that had proven himself or herself and who had shown that no one is above the law.
