Raise the minimum wage in the city of Augusta, GA to $15 per hour; Gov. Deal and elected officials help eradicate poverty in our state.

Why is this important?

Georgia has a vast population of poor people; wealth is not distributed fairly. We need corporations to treat their employee's fair, "blue collar, white collar, on the job training, technical or college". Earnest work is labor in the workforce. Adults need fair wages to rear the families w/o seeking governmental assistance if at all possible. It is time for Georgia to raise the minimum wage.
