Do a back ground check yearly to help keep guns out of house hold who have mentally unstable family members or have committed a crime in the past year.
Why is this important?
My petition is not to take away the 2nd amendment but to do a background check on everybody who own guns yearly. A lot of things can happen to a person in a year. A yearly background check can help keep guns outta the hands of the wrong people. And it would help if they have a mentally unstable family member in the house hold that could cause a screen like the shooting in the elementary school that just recently happened. Please sign my petition. Like I said its not to take away the 2nd amendment but to help control the gun control.
