To: President Donald Trump, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate
Balancing the "clock" to do away with suspicion.
We need our national version of a corporate minutes meeting for the true financiers of the American economy, the American taxpayer and we're not talking about using Wall Street's data either or the old systems of information gathering. For every minute that is used that distracts us from our financial obligations, national finances and financial state of our nation and social systems (ie. medicare and social security), we, as a nation would like equal time spend on educating us on these matters using a "no-holds barred", unadulterated, non-partisan approach using the best economic and accounting minds that our world has to offer.
The best solutions would then have to be immediately drawn up into "non pork" filled bills that should then be voted on either by the American public or their representatives for the improvement of our nation's finances.

Why is this important?
It is well known that in order to distract the people from the more serious issues, a less serious event is sensationalized. One can never forget the Monica Lewinsky scandal (1998) and how that whole debacle overshadowed the fact that more discussions should have been taking place about the bi-partisan effort involved with signing the devastating Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLB) (1999).
