Ban Air rifles, B B guns, airguns, pellet guns in city of Sunrise

These guns have no purpose in city. If someone wants to hunt, they can go to outskirts, less populated areas, like everglades and hunt there. These guns put neighbors at risk, as well as endanger our police officers cause they can't immediately distinguish it from a real gun. I have a drunk neighbor that goes outside by the walkway to shoot at ducks. He has injured multiple animals causing them to suffer for days before they die. Recently this drunk almost hit my neighbor while she was in her yard. It is a danger to everyone around them and unnecessary within cities.
