No one outside Military war zoes has a need for rapid fire assault wepons. Every gun buyer should be universally checkedout, otherwise people will just go to the closest state with more lenient regulations.
Why is this important?
I have personally experieced a home invasion. It was not an assault weapon. but with a single shot a body can be killed. It is not necessary to blow a body to bits.
