It is no behaviour for so called "HUMANS" !!!! Who ever did this once may not be allowed to have pets for lifetime . PPl who where cruel once will be it again and again. AND not only to pets !!!!!! Serialkillers started with cruelty to animals in childhood - we must have an eye on them !!!!!!

Why is this important?

BAN BAD ANIMAL OWNERS. We must be the 'voice' for these abused animals. The laws just are not strict enough. The Punishment Should Fit The Crime...only then will we see some help for these poor animals. Lets bring a stop to BAD ANIMAL OWNERS. all over the United States.
