Ban Fracking and its chemicals in MA
WE the People ... of Berkshire county,
ask you to do what is right for our state...follow this example.
The Washington, D.C. City Council yesterday passed a resolution opposing hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling for natural gas in the George Washington National Forest due to concerns that such development might contaminate drinking water supplies.
We are still trying to get our rivers clean from PCB'S. Ban fracking and its chemicals from the Berkshires. That includes the pipeline.

Why is this important?
I am fighting right now to keep oil drilling out of the everglades. I will be back in the Berkshires to do the same at he end of the month. We must stop this madness. We need clean water much more than oil/gas.
