Ban Hydrofracking from Finger Lakes Watershed

Ban hydrofracking in the Finger Lakes Watershed. Quality of life for the residents and tourists of the Finger Lakes is as important as it is for New York City and Syracuse.

Why is this important?

Hydrofracking around the watersheds of New York City and Syracuse have been banned by the governor and state legislature because of how it pollutes the water. The same consideration for the quality of life of the residents and tourists in the Finger Lakes should be legislated. The Finger Lakes are the source of water for municipalities, tens of thousands of individuals, farms, vineyards, recreation, and tourism.
