The US Constitution guarantees freedom of religion. The enacting of "religious freedom" bills is unnecessary. These bills open the door for state protection of discrimination. There is no place for state sanctioned discrimination against individuals or groups in the United States of America.
Why is this important?
I have personal relationships with many diverse people and groups, including the LGBT community. These bills are harmful and hateful and need to be stopped. There is no place in the United States for State sanctioned discrimination.
