Tasers are cruel and unusual and a violation of 8th Amendment of our Constitution. These devices has caused deaths though electrical shock. The same as the electric chair.
Why is this important?
Tasers are used by police. Tasers kill (or immobilize) people by delivering a 50,000 volt shock. This shock can and has killed people , including healthy people. When police officers use this device on unarmed people, the young the elderly; they are executing innocent people. Without charge and without trial.
Until TASERS are 100% safe and the company TASER International, are willing to pay for the deaths they cause (and will cause) then TASERs should be banned.
