United States weapons manufacturers shall not be allowed to make a profit from the manufacture and/or sale of weapons of war either for use by American forces or any other country's forces.
Why is this important?
We need a constitutional amendment to ban U.S. manufacturers from making a profit on weapons of war. It is important to remove this incentive from weapons manufacturers to discourage them from hiring lobbyists that entice our representatives to perpetuate wars. Our young men and women's lives are sacrificed in the name of profits. Congress needs to rely on other means to resolve our differences with other countries.
