Ban the use of cell phones while operating a moving motor vehicle.
Much too frequently I encounter other drivers who are preoccupied with their phone calls while poorly executing turns and other maneuvers in traffic. This is a safety issue. It is dangerous to us all.
Why is this important?
I request that the use of cellphones while moving in a motor vehicle (i.e. driving that motor vehicle) be outlawed. It is a matter of safety. I frequently encounter other drivers who are preoccupied on their cell phones while poorly executing turns and other maneuvers in traffic It is not merely scary; it is life endangering and completely unnecessary.
