BEAUTIFUL EVOLVING THINKERS!

BET reaches 7.6 million viewers a day, network is the pre-eminent entertainment brand serving African Americans and consumers of Black culture globally.

BET Networks inspires its audiences to make a difference in their lives and communities with a broad and impactful pro-social agenda. BET Networks’ pro-social initiatives help raise awareness about AIDS and obesity and shed light on the contributions legendary African Americans have made to this world. I am unimpressed as a viewer of BET, I Need To See More Of Whatever Pro-Social Awareness They Speaking On,To Be Considered A Healthy BET.

BET Has got to change and we as black people must make them change, if its not for you, then do it for our people. The ones who know what a black entertainment TV should entail.
Lets stop waiting for them to give us one descent show a month.
I dont want BET To disappear I just want to have a voice to what Black Television should be. Viacom Execs arent watching BET they watching there share value go up cause of artist like Lil Wayne and Nikki Minaj bafoonery.

We are a special people, a spiritual people who has been sucked into a reality that is artificial. A reality that is artifiially teaching our youth and creating contaminated brain food. We much rather be judgmental of others lives than ours, we much rather watch others live lifes or fantasy and know nothing truly about them. We much rather watch others life be judged and judge them than self reflection, to slow down teach our future how to observe rather then react.

The movement is not about the good shows that they have, its about the lack of moral responibility, its the demoralizing of our men and woman, the programming of our babies minds, and lack of educational programs that should cater to us having some power to say. Power to our People!

Amazing how we have unified on one front together in the past the BUS BOYCOTT of 1955 and to this day is the most recognized boycott in America...Thats Power! Black People!

Especially NOW since BET is NOW 24hrs a day supplying muse to our communities, majority of this stimulation is artificial. Television is not the problem and aslong as blacks have these boxes in there homes, some have in every room. Many cases the TV is on all day talking and teaching our youth wether we know it or not this is the problem. We cant look at the problem and ask how or why and when?

Once owned 100% by a black man, he sold BET. Many may say he sold us out and now we have no control of our own media , but its possible he sold his company due to pressure being the only African American Media Mogul. Just like Black Wall Street in Oklahoma all over again( If you have not seen this please look up Oklahoma Tulsa Riots of 1921).
Aslong as personal wealth is the measurement of conduct we shall remain in this condition and will possibly get worse because our youth is twice as disillusioned as there leaders.
We must stop waiting for change, like that famous slogan is magical, and become the change we want to see. What better part than what our families are watching on TV,we do play a part in this racist act lets look closely at how we ALL play a part.

10-year old boy putting down his textbook to watch the BET Awards, choosing instead the Lil Wayne School of Menacing Black Male behavior. Years later, when this boy shoots another Black man in the face, infects one of his many “hoes” with HIV, ends up in a prison cell, dies from a drug overdose or beats his girlfriend to death, we will be adding to there bottom line and our only move will be a march or protest til gets dark then we all go home cut on BET. We will be adding to the destruction, there are scientific ways to link his behavior directly to his formative years, when we cashed in his future for higher shareholder returns at Viacom.

BET needs to raise the bar to a level that represents our standard or they got to go! Just That simple. This boycott will have an agenda beyond new TV shows.

Many of us have grown up listening to stories from our granparents tell us how they forged a front together during the BUS BOYCOTT of 1955 and the PANTHER PARTY of the 1960's but since then we have been lathargic, like were content with what they allow us to have. Blacks cannot continue to say we see what is going on but sit and wait for there next ethic cataclsym, only jumping up after the fact that drama has unfolded. I am a king of the unseen, the proud and unheard. To My TRUE WARRIORS this MUST Be OUR TIME, OUR TURN to show our young generation we care about there minds.
I want change and I want people who want to make it happen also; with that said officers are needed from all corners of the world. Lets each get 10 people.
Til I get ten people and they each get ten people who can make a force called WILL.

BLACK POWER!

Why is this important?

I no longer will accept Viacom as producers of my media and I am implimenting this petition for others to see the ignorance BET passes on African Americans.
How are you helping black people advance watching shows that see you as consumers, the programs that are the most essential are minimal at best. BET needs to raise the bar to a level that represents our standard or they got to go!
Just That simple.
When you dont chose, the choices are made for you is called hegemony. This is a preponderant influence of mind control, because we are a people but they look at us as consumers.
This boycott will have an agenda beyond new TV shows.
Til I get ten people and they each get ten people who can make a force called WILL. I WILL STAY ON MY SQUARE AT THE READY . THANK YOU.
