Behind door overturn of Jucicial decisions
Oregon law should never allow any State Board to overturn the judicial review of a verified State Senior Administrative Judge behind closed doors, without public review. Judgements should be final for those found not guilty of any perceived wrong doing.
Why is this important?
I am a pharmacist of 36 years, never a lawsuit, nor claim of fault. I had a claim by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy. I took this claim to a review/trial at the Board against an Assistant Attorney General. I was cleared of the charge after review by a Senior Administrative Judge. The Board went behind closed doors, rewrote to decision of the judge, and revoked my license to work in Oregon,in 17 places of judgement..Oregon .
