Elizabeth and Bernie, as leading supporters of universal health care access, team up to use at least 20% of your campaign advertising budgets to explain in objective, fact-based detail how Medicare for All will lower health care spending while providing universal access, better public health, choice of providers, and many economic benefits to businesses and workers.
Why is this important?
The Medicare for All single-payer health care proposal has been terribly distorted by other politicians, the health care industry, and right-wing media. The massive amount of funds that Elizabeth and Bernie will raise for their campaigns will provide a unique and unprecedented opportunity to educate the public while promoting a central platform of their campaigns. Whoever is ultimately nominated and elected, support for Medicare for All will be strengthened and it will be harder to lie about it.
