Bernie Sanders: Run in the General Election, By Any Means Necessary

Whereas Bernie Sanders is the only major presidential candidate who represents the interest of the vast majority of The Citizens of The United States of America and

Whereas the other two major candidates are the two most unpopular and undesirable presidential candidates of major parties in modern American history and

Whereas due to media manipulation, voter suppression and outright voter fraud Bernie Sanders is likely to not be the Democratic Party's presidential nominee and

Whereas Bernie Sanders would be the first major independent or third party candidate who would draw voters from both major parties as well as from the plurality of Americans who now identify as Independents and from all of the minor parties and

Whereas since only a plurality is necessary to win all of the electoral votes from all but two of the states and those are substantially allotted proportionately Bernie Sanders could very well win enough states to garner 270 electoral votes thereby becoming the next President of The United States of America and

Whereas Bernie Sanders would almost certainly win at last enough states in the general election to be the number one or two candidate if none garners 270 electoral votes thus causing the newly elected members of the House of Representatives to choose between Bernie Sanders and one of the other two major candidates to be the next President of The United States of America and

Whereas if Bernie Sanders is in a House of Representatives contest against Donald Trump a significant number of Republican Representatives will vote for Bernie Sanders but no Democratic Representative will vote for Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders will win and become the next President of The United States of America and

Whereas if Bernie Sanders is in a House of Representatives contest against Hilary Clinton a significant number of Democratic Representatives will vote for Bernie Sanders but no Republican Representative will vote for Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders will win and become the next President of The United States of America and

Whereas lasting and significant political change is won only when The People act with the courage to support and vote for those candidates and propositions in which they believe, and not only for those they think will win, regardless of possible short term consequences however dire those consequences may appear to be, therefore:

We the Undersigned Citizens of The United States of America petition, beseech and implore Bernie Sanders to remain steadfast in his quest to become Our Nation's First True Leader of The People in our lifetimes and, by any means necessary, to run as a candidate for the office of President of The United States of America in the coming United States of America General Presidential Election of the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, CE.
