Chances are you, like me, have to type an unlock code or use facial recognition to use your smart phone. If only the registered owner could unlock their gun, the mass shooting in CT would have been prevented. The technology exists. It is time to mandate its use on all firearms... before next time.

The guns used in the most recent school shooting were all legally purchased and registered - but not to the shooter. Preventing that affects us all.
