Biometric Arms Control
To provide government funding to develop biometric access control for all new weapons as well as the retrofitting of existing weapons, so that they may only be fired by authorized users.
Why is this important?
To support the development of biometric access control of weapons, which will permit only authorized users to fire a weapon. The four year old son of someone I knew killed their six year old brother with their father's weapon.
